Ask HN: Where do you host managed HA PostgreSQL clusters in the EU?

Due to a recent screw-up by the IT operations department at my organization, we are looking to external hosting providers to take over.

I want to avoid the big three due to geopolitical risks and I want a competent PostgreSQL DBA that doesn't take weeks to load backups and I sure as heck don't want to roll my own.

How do you choose your database providers? Are there established names in Europe? So far OVH seems like a good option, any things to watch out for?

Specifics: We and our services are based in Austria. 3 Nodes HA Capacity starting at 1TB with options to upgrade to 6 TB Resources at about 8vCPU 32-64GB RAM per node
